ABOUT BUBBA CREATOR OF BUBBAS MELTYS

Hey I’m Bubba!  I started Bubbas Meltys a few years ago now, combining my love of creating strong fragrances with my love of all things spooky.

It all began around two years after I first became ill with ME and also lost proper use of my knees to a horrible disease with no cure.  It took me a few years to come to terms with that.  But over time and maybe boredom or a need to express myself I started working with fragrance and wax shapes.  

I then discovered Instagram and started to post photos and descriptions about the wax and my art and to my humble surprise other people started to relate and in turn wanted to use my wax melts.  That was my queue to open a store!

It literally just grew from there to shipping all over the world to fellow people with chronic illness all while building a community of like minded spoonies and weirdos like me!!  Plus my social media platforms just grew so fast.  So many of us out there needing somewhere to belong.

I am now following my dreams and doing something I thought I would never be able to do due to my illness!  That is thanks to you.

I love dogs, I genuinely wanted to work with them before I got sick.  I love my family and am now an amateur spoonie gardener.

What is a spoonie?  Someone with chronic illness, mental illness or disability.

PS my fav scent is anything 😜 I love them all but I tend to lean toward reflecting my mood so at the time of writing this I’m obsessed with melting witches kitchen
